The meeting place where numbers of persons meet to discuss something or to do study some problems is known as club and where students of Art and craft set and discuss together is called Art and Craft Club.
Aims and Objectives:
- The aim of the club is to give the students frequent opportunities to reveal themselves in a healthy and warm competitive spirit, essential for the all round development of the students.
- The club aims at bringing out the hidden creative and innovative ideas in colorful, playful and productive ways.
- To give exposure to students about Fine Arts and Commercial Arts so that they are encouraged to take it up as a career.
- To develop Inventive , explorative and creative faculties of the students
- To Provide opportunities to pass the leisure time mort effectively.
- To develop co-operative spirit in group learning .
Club Activities:
- Craft articles made with use of pulses, egg shells, paper bits, pencil chips, colored rags, thermo coal balls, buttons, cotton balls and ice-cream sticks.
- Fabric painting
- Clay modeling
- Candle making
- Rangoli
- Painting, spray painting, blow painting, pot painting
- Card making, wall hanging, Origami
- Flower making, bouquet, artificial party hats, face masks, tie and dye
- Ribbon weaving
- Collage and making innovative/ creative objects out of waste items are also taught
